❌ Order Cancellation Policy

At Pretty Brands, we prepare and dispatch your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we follow a strict cancellation policy.
⏱️ Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After 1 hour, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
🚫 No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refusal to accept the package at delivery will result in the shipping cost being charged to the customer.
💳 Refund on Cancellation
If you cancel within the 1-hour window, the amount will be refunded as store credit only (valid for future purchases).
No cash/bank refunds will be processed.
📌 Important Note
Pretty Brands reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
Product out of stock.
Pricing or technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
