At Pretty Brands, we take great care to deliver only fresh, authentic, and premium products. Due to the personal nature of skincare and beauty products, we follow a strict no-refund and limited-return policy.
🚫 No Refunds
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
✅ Return / Exchange Eligibility
We only accept returns/exchanges in the following rare cases:
You received a wrong product.
Your order was damaged in transit.
You received a product with a manufacturing defect.
📌 To be eligible:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
You must provide photo/video proof of the issue at the time of unboxing.
📦 Return Shipping Charges
Customers are required to bear the shipping cost for returns/exchanges.
Free replacement will be provided only if the error was from our side (wrong/damaged product).
🔁 Exchange / Store Credit
If approved, we will provide either:
Replacement of the same product, OR
Store credit/voucher equal to the product value (valid for your next purchase).
📌 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used skincare products.
Products purchased on sale/discount.
Free gifts or promotional items.
